Flustrated
Irritations of transformation into one's higher self.
Flustrated (adj.)
Etymology: Frustrated (feeling blocked or emotionally strained) + Flutter (a trembling movement, often tied to wings, nerves, or transformation).
Definition: The emotional state of being flustered and frustrated while in the sacred, messy process of fluttering into one’s higher self. It’s like a butterfly halfway out of the cocoon, flapping but not yet flying, and is a mixture of overwhelm, restlessness, and Divine discomfort that often shows up during personal transformation.
Example: She wasn’t failing… she was flustrated. Her old life no longer fit, but her new wings hadn’t fully opened yet. Every delay felt irritating, but every inner flutter reminded her she was still becoming.
Glow Note: Flustration often precedes elevation. If you’re flustrated, you’re likely in the middle of your becoming. Trust the flipswitch. Trust the stretch. Trust the process.
